Credit Policy Officer (6 Months contract)

The key role is to develop, monitor credit lending policy and provide analytic reports of credit card product. This job holder is also responsible for analytics to review the impact of new credit policies, lending program to give input for higher level in order to have proper action to support for business growth.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Credit Policy Development/Implementation:
• Develop credit policies, credit risk criteria for lending programs.
• Work with related stakeholders (IT, Credit Operations ...) for credit policies implementation including system setup & UAT testing.
• Monitoring the Credit Policy implementation, ensure proper execution of policies by Credit Operations functions.
2. Portfolio Monitoring:
• Analyzing and mining credit portfolio performance for enhancing credit policy as required by Head/Manager of credit policy
• Provide frequent or ad-hoc analytic reports on credit performance as required by Head/Manager of credit policy
3. Company database management:
• In charge of ad-hoc or frequent company database review (approve new company into company database, block/unblock company, downgrade or upgrade company category in company data base...).
4. Internal and external policy compliance:
• Prepare, submit, retain documents of Credit Risk department including internal policy manual/guideline, external/legal letter, SBV [protected info] ensure the compliance with local/regional requirements.
5. Other tasks: as assigned.
