Responsibilities
Join our team to build a premier e-commerce & fintech platform to empower the trendy quality lifestyle for Gen Z in Vietnam. Our company is the newest company started from KMS Labs, led by the industry veterans who built and scaled various businesses in the past two decades.
Well versed in Digital Lending space dealing with higher volume and lower ticket price, Consumer Risk Manager will define and fine-tune various credit profiles and associated rule sets for targeted segments in order to drive the default rate below 1%
Set up rule sets for our Risk Decision Engine which determines the upcoming max spending limit for the next purchase, with low risk of collection/default
Analyze the performance of a certain credit ruleset, perform A/B testing and fine-tune/upgrade the rule set for a each credit profile
Segmentize the target customers into various credit profiles and set up credit ruleset for each profiles
Conduct consumer credit risk assessment and own the risk metrics; responsible for closely monitoring anomalies and identifying underlying drivers
Work with the executive team to craft and implement keyrisk initiatives that aim to bolster and optimize our capability to promote responsible spending habits for our users while optimizing our Account Receivables
