Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Implement a holistic user journey in the country towards end users and retail partners based on regional cross BU strategy, Marketing concepts and specific "P" guidelines in close cooperation with all local Marketing manager
Delivers excellence in execution and optimization of REACT KPIs in the country
Lead of local place/ channel topics in the country
Lead of local user & retail price management in the country across BUs
Job Tasks
Develop channel (PLACE) execution plans including request to launch new channel and customer contracts
Implement and oversee trade term system adherence
Develop profound hunting list to reach Distribution targets of Marketing Concepts
Develop retail partner specific growth plans (based on global strategy) in close collaboration with sales (e.g. BPP)
Introduces and steers all PRICE steering elements (RCB, CLP, max. condition length, Promo&Activity Budget, Floor price) and develops pricing excellence
Operative price management Cross BU and price coordinator for the country including the creation and delivery of pricelists within price corridor
Oversee PROMOshare and execute BU PROMOstrategy (Price or Bundle pack) and integrate it holistically in the User journey
Gains and provides user-& market- insights to the BO, SA and MK organization to counter competitive pricedrops etc

Qualifications
Proven experience (>2 years) in marketing and sales with a focus on implementation and execution
UX and Agile working methods
Expert in channel management and sales related tasks
Expert in local pricing tasks
Very good Marketing know-how along all Ps
High expertise in branding and good understanding of UX related to information and purchase decision of target group
High sales affinity and good understanding of the B2B retailer landscape
Understanding of the digital landscape in relation to the target group
Operational experience in marketing
Passion in execution
Teamplayer
