We offer 4 function-specific Associate Programs - Merchandise, Finance, Production and Technical - across our 3 divisions, Denim, Intimate and Knits (Lifestyle Wear, Sweater, Sportswear and Outdoor Apparel). Our programmes are designed to unleash the potential of our young talents and to develop their leadership capabilities.

Program structure
We are committed to offering you a structured development programme including:
- ORIENTATION & FAMILIARISATION: You will go through a comprehensive orientation which enhances your understanding of our corporate culture and management practices, acquisition of basic garment manufacturing and products knowledge for building a good foundation to excel.
- FUNCTIONAL ATTACHMENT: This attachment is designed to develop your industry knowledge and build your business experience, allowing practical application of skills learned. You will be responsible for your own area of work or even lead a team very early on in your career.
- TECHNICAL TRAINING: You will receive industry-specific and technical training throughout the programme for building your professional know-how.
- MANAGEMENT SKILL TRAINING: You will receive a series of management and leadership skills training to build management capabilities and broaden your internal networks.
- MENTORING & COACHING: You will be personally mentored and coached by senior executives to facilitate your professional development.

GPA 7.0/10 and above

Quick learner with social orientation
Excellent communication skill, both in spoken English and Vietnamese
Passion in garment manufacturing Industry
Willing to relocate to Hai Duong/ Ha Noi/ Phu Tho&Bac Giang Province
