- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints; identify the cause of the problem; make repairs or adjustments; monitoring to ensure resolution
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information, processing customer adjustments.

- Received and checked remittance appliacation via fax channel.
- Interacted with ARMs, RMs & clients about payment's information.
- Make monthly international banking report, report on inward remittance for Vietnamese individuals to the state bank of Viet Nam.
- Check data for audit.
