Mô tả công việc
- Lead the overall technology strategy of the Securities Tech Center, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory needs.
- Design IT architecture and long-term solutions tailored to the securities domain.
- Build and structure the tech team, including key leadership recruitment and development.
- Oversee operations across core systems, cybersecurity, infrastructure, development, and integration.
- Ensure timely delivery of secure, scalable, and compliant tech solutions.
- Evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the securities industry.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CTO or equivalent leadership role within product-oriented companies, particularly in the Securities Sector.
- Solid foundation in the Securities industry and other domains ( Banking/Fintech...) knowledge is a big plus.
- Proven expertise in Technical Architecture, Application Development, Core Securities Systems, Cloud Computing & Migration, IT/Data/System Integration, and Cybersecurity.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and manage budgets effectively.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with high motivation and the ability to energize teams.
- Willingness to travel as required.
