Technical Sales Leadership: Act as the technical face of the sales process by participating in early client meetings, delivering product demos, and providing expert guidance on architecture and security.
• Hands-on Engineering Oversight: Drive development by writing code, building integrations, and establishing high standards for engineering excellence.
• Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-impact technical team covering engineering, system integration, and pre-sales functions.
• Deployment & Integration: Oversee the full lifecycle of customer implementations-from initial scoping to the final deployment of AI agents-ensuring consistent performance and accuracy.
• Product Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between regional customers and the global Product team, translating local feedback and market needs into actionable product improvements.
• Stakeholder & Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the primary regional technical authority, fostering key partnerships and managing technical escalations.
• Proven Engineering Expertise: At least 7-8 years of practical software development experience with a verified history of delivering functional, production-ready systems.
• Technical Implementation Specialist: Demonstrated success in complex technical deployments, solution architecture, or pre-
sales engineering.
• Dual-Language Communicator: Extensive background in client-facing technical roles (e.g., Field CTO, Solutions Architect, or Deployed Engineer), with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven Leadership: Exceptional leadership ability, with prior experience serving in senior management (Director, VP) or as a company founder.
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in at least one local language.
• "Zero-to-One" Builder: Capability to thrive in an autonomous, early-stage environment, with the skill to build infrastructure, processes, and teams from the ground up.
