2.1. Curriculum & Content Development:
Design comprehensive learning packages, including lesson plans, student workbooks, teacher's guides, and supplementary digital resources.
Ensure all materials align with specific proficiency frameworks (such as CEFR) and international assessment standards.
Research and integrate modern pedagogical trends, such as gamification, flipped classroom models, and blended learning techniques, into existing modules.
2.2. Assessment Design:
Develop robust formative and summative assessments, including placement tests, mock exams, and progress checks.
Create standardized scoring rubrics with clear, fixed descriptors to ensure grading consistency across the teaching team.
2.3. Quality Control & Revision:
Regularly review existing course materials based on teacher feedback and student performance data to identify areas for updates.
Maintain high editorial standards, ensuring all produced materials are error-free and visually professional.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's or Master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in curriculum mapping and content creation.
Familiarity with standardized test structures (e.g., IELTS, Linguaskill, or Cambridge Main Suite) is highly preferred.
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (Canva or similar) to create visually engaging layouts.
Ability to break down complex language skills into digestible, scaffolded learning steps.
