Consumer & Market Insights
Research consumer behavior, usage habits, and pain points within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
Identify market gaps from a product experience perspective and uncover unmet consumer needs.
Translate consumer insights into specific product requirements, including texture, finish, sensory attributes, and usability.
Product Evaluation & Development
Plan, coordinate, analyze, and report product evaluation activities, including sensory tests, consumer tests, and clinical studies.
Conduct competitive benchmarking and evaluate products against competitors based on real-user experience.
Consolidate research findings and recommend decisions regarding samples, product improvements, and launch readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development process to ensure an optimal consumer experience.
Packaging Experience & Commercialization Support
Partner with packaging teams to ensure packaging design enhances the overall customer experience.
Work closely with Marketing to develop product messaging, training materials, and launch support documents.
Monitor post-launch product performance and recommend improvement actions when necessary.
Project Management & Product Documentation
Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed according to schedule.
Maintain and manage product technical documentation in compliance with internal requirements.
Report periodically to the Head of Department.
Yêu cầu
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Cosmetics, R&D, Product Development, or Marketing.
Basic understanding of cosmetics, particularly product texture, sensory attributes, and consumer experience.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand consumer behavior, synthesize data, and derive meaningful insights.
Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to analyze issues and make recommendations rather than solely reporting findings.
Experience in consumer testing, clinical studies, or collaboration with R&D teams is an advantage.
Passion for beauty and willingness to explore and test new cosmetic products.
Good communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and high level of discipline.
Required to complete an assessment test after the interview.
