Mô tả công việc
1. Customer care:
• Daily phone calls to the clients and make a report to sale/manager/agents
• Attending at the hotel for greeting clients and offering welcome gifts
• Keep in touch with the clients during their tours until they reach home safely.
• Make periodical report to manager board
• Participate in complaint handling process for clients
• Support the clients in case of any problem on tours such as health issue, etc...
2. Quality control
• Collect all the main issues via the daily phone calls and Tour remarks to have an overview assess about suppliers as well as company's services.
• Coordinate with other teams to share information and exchange experience for smooth services control.
Yêu cầu
• Good at foreign language at 4 skills of listening, speaking, reading & writing (English/Spanish)
• For care who speaks English, if you know French it will be an advantage
• For care who speak Spanish, if you know English it will be an advantage
• Accept unexperienced staff
• Be patient, calm and can work under high pressure
