Mô tả công việc
Responds efficiently and professionally to calls, inquiries, and requirements of customers
Supports and works with management board, implementation of efficiency programs and cost cutting measures
Performs equipment support and service
Checks and verify the correctness of equipment installation which includes piping/ electrical specs/ installation done by contractors/ end-user
Conducts warranty User's training before the turnover of equipment to customer
Ensures that equipment fault escalation procedures are being followed and reported.
Ensures that hand tools/equipment are always in tip top condition and available for maintenance services.
Prepares and submit comprehensive written reports, and Verify/Audit reports of junior engineers when required
Instructs and Supports Engineers with technical issues through training and workshop
Assists Senior Engineers on startup and commissioning of bigger systems
Ensures 100% on time completion of assigned job such as Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance and others
Ensures 100% attendance in Global Service operations meeting, trainings and other meetings called up by Department Head
Ensures company assigned cellular phones are operational and open 24/7 to capture all customer service call and respond efficiently
Assists sales engineers and application engineers when needed during demo and bidding
Assists maintenance sales coordinator on meetings with customers regarding details of various services offered
Observe discipline at work sites and company policies
Develops harmonious relationship with various customers
Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Department Head.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related Technical courses
At least 2 years experience as a Service Technician or Engineer
Required to be based in our Hanoi, Vietnam office
