Customer Quality Engineer (Automotive,ID18311) wanted for a foreign-invested company! $700$/ month salary + opportunities to grow!
Handle customer communication (Europe, North America, and other overseas countries).
Update CSR (Customer Specific Requirements) according to customer requirements
Monitor customer scorecards
Address customer requests and requirements.
Handle quality issues and problem-solving.
Perform improvement activities and analyze Control Plan, PFMEA.
Verify the reliability and feasibility of internal improvements through cross-functional team activities.
Knowledge of IATF 16949 automotive standard and operation of the internal quality system.
Manage history and revisions of guidelines, procedures, and work instructions.
Yêu cầu
Male/Female, under 35 years old
2 years of experience in customer quality response or quality management in the automotive/auto parts industry
Knowledge or certification in IATF 16949
Fluent English communication skills (written & spoken)
Experience in problem-solving, process improvement, PFMEA, Control Plan analysis.
