• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability.
• Analyze quality data and prepare reports to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality failures and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure quality materials are used in production.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to quality management.
• Support customer inquiries and complaints related to product quality.
1. 客户质量问题处理:接收并分析客户反馈的质量投诉,协调内部团队(如生产、研发、质检等)进行原因调查,制定并跟进改善措施,确保问题及时解决。
2. 质量沟通与报告:与客户保持密切沟通,定期提交质量报告(如不良率、改善进度等),反馈产品质量状况,维护客户关系。
3. 客户质量审核配合:协助客户进行现场质量审核,准备审核资料,跟进审核发现的问题点并推动整改。
4. 质量协议与标准管理:参与制定或确认与客户的质量协议、验收标准,确保双方对质量要求达成一致。
5. 预防措施推动:基于客户反馈和质量数据,识别潜在质量风险,推动内部制定预防措施,降低质量问题复发率。
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools.
• Experience with ISO standards and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese is a plus.
• Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) are preferred.
Porficient in chinese communication

2. 沟通能力:优秀的中英文沟通(口头+书面)能力,能清晰表达观点,有效协调客户与内部团队的需求。

4. 抗压与应变能力:面对客户投诉或紧急质量问题时,能保持冷静,高效应对压力,确保问题及时处理。
5. 责任心与细节把控:对质量问题高度敏感,注重细节,有较强的责任心,确保每一项改善措施落实到位。
6. 团队协作:能与跨部门团队(生产、研发、采购等)高效协作,共同推进质量改进工作。
