Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Customer Relations & SCM Coordinator to be based at our office in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Facing
• Customer support with a focus on administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to placing orders, managing shipping dates, maintaining data and invoicing.
• Following up with team members to ensure data on each piece of furniture is maintained.
• Primary contact point for all supply chain requests / queries from customers.
• Sending payment packages to the customer.
Supplier Facing
• Maintain and manage purchase orders in company's ERP system, through initial order request, purchase order, confirmation, goods receipt, and invoicing stages.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers' planning and logistics department to obtain timely and accurate information and to serve as primary contact for supplier issues and performance.
• Monitor PO status, on-time delivery, vendors' capacity, and container availability.
• Evaluate and review vendors' performance regularly and independently.
• Escalate any constraints, bottlenecks, and issues before they become business critical.
• Devise corrective action plans for identified supply chain issues.
• Ensure that agreed terms and conditions, timelines, and standard procedures are followed.
• Manage and follow up on suppliers' invoices to ensure on-time recognition and payment.
• Work closely within the UPH SCM team and cross functional departments to ensure continuous flow of supply to meet business targets.
General
• Provide data analysis and updates on order status, volume, and progress to management.
• Ad-hoc support of SCM Team where required and ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
· Furniture industry experience is a must

Yêu cầu
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar areas with strong analytical background.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in " furniture" supply chain, order & PO management in manufacturing or trading companies.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills (pivot tables; PowerPivot; VBA preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good command in written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload.
• A polite, open-minded, and patient, though assertive manner of approaching customers
• Minimum 2 years working experience in " furniture" supply chain, order & PO management in manufacturing or trading companies.
