• Assist Sales team in approaching new customers.
• Communicate with all customers regarding ZVN orders.
• Coordinate and provide service support from order receipt to delivery.
• Issue Delivery Orders (DO) to the warehouse and arrange delivery to customers.
• Work with Sales to resolve customer requests, complaints, and delivery issues.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for local and overseas suppliers.
• Coordinate all
purchasing and delivery activities with ZVN manufacturing vendors.
• Prepare Delivery Orders and execute goods delivery to customers.
• Manage documentation and communication with ZVN vendors and warehouse.
• Collect shipment documents for cost approval.
• Collect, check, and file input and output invoices.
• Perform other tasks/projects as assigned by the Accountant & HR Administration Manager.
• Good written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Pleasant personality with professional manner.
• Strong teamwork spirit, supporting colleagues in building ZVN business.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
