Mô tả công việc Mức độ phù hợp và xếp hạng của bạn so với ứng viên khác như thế nào? Assist in collecting and consolidating information for reports, documentations and team activities. Review and organize documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support report preparation, presentations, and meeting documentation. Assist with implementation and track progress on action items. Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and task execution. Provide administrative support and assist the Customer Service team with daily operations and ad hoc assignments.
Yêu cầu
Final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn. Ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively follow up on deadlines. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Available to work full-time from Monday to Friday (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM) for a minimum of 3 months. Able to provide a University Recommendation Letter officially issued and stamped by the university.
