Customer Service Order Processing (CSOP)L&e International Paper Packaging Viet Nam Co. LTD.

Responsibilities
• Seriously learn and study to understand the job and system thoroughly
• Process orders by communicating directly with customers as well as using L&E ERP system
• Make sure the orders data processed on systems is on time and accurate
• Establish and maintain good business relationship with existing brands and factories (customers) through meetings, phone call, and social informal meeting ect.
• Build up and promote good credibility and image of the company and company products toward customers and potential customers
• Make visits to get customers' feedbacks and understand what problems customers are facing in relation to orders, paperwork ect.
• Discuss the issue with Customer Service Team as well as other relevant departments and suggest solutions, then work with relevant parties for solving problems
• Always listen and deal with customer's complaints/ requests/ questions by analyzing situations to determine the best use of resources and liaise with other departments to work out best solutions
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to make sure customers enquiries are addressed adequately and effectively in timely manner
