Mô tả công việc
Understand and grasp customer needs and desires, provide consultation on Grace Skincare Clinic's products and services through various channels: Hotline/Facebook/Website/Zalo, etc., answer inquiries and assist customers in booking appointments.
Work with relevant departments to ensure all customers receive timely and effective responses.
Master the operation process, continually enhance knowledge in the field, and understand Grace Skincare Clinic's products and services.
Be well-versed in marketing programs, partnership programs (if any) with partners, and the clinic's examination and service packages.
Handle or forward customer feedback related to Grace Skincare Clinic's products and services to relevant departments.
Coordinate with the front desk & operations department and other related departments in taking care of, answering questions, and supporting customers to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Perform other tasks according to business development needs and company operations or as assigned by direct managers and the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu
Graduated from College/University in related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, consulting.
Preferably with experience and knowledge in aesthetic dermatology, in the healthcare industry.
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities, aiming for customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing) to serve foreign customers well, approximately 30% of the total number of customers.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, consulting.
Preferably with experience and knowledge in aesthetic dermatology, in the healthcare industry.
Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities, aiming for customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in English (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing) to serve foreign customers well, approximately 30% of the total number of customers.
