Mô tả công việc
• Support both the local sales team and the US sales team in collecting customers' forecasts.
• Provide guidance to customers on Booking/VGM/SI Submission in the Ohana Portal.
• Maintain and update the booking system.
• Assist customers in completing container pick-up and ingate terminal procedures.
• Collaborate with the local EQ team to ensure sufficient container volume to meet both customers' demands and actual booking requirements.
• Daily communication with the feeder partner to ensure feeder space and booked containers onboarding.
• Daily communication with the Shanghai T/S team regarding customer requests related to AMS, Bill of Lading, Billing and Freight, and Mother Vessel's Manifests.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree or above in (Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field).
• Good English reading, writing, and oral communication skills
• Have a basic understanding of the logistics and shipping industries. And knowledge of some fundamental industry knowledge and general trends is preferable.
