*Key Activities:
Main Tasks:
- Calculate the price on the last and first day of each month
- Bulk Admin (Contract, Annex, CMF, Announcement). Coordinate with Sales and Legal teams to draft the Contract and Annex for Bulk North, Central, and South Customers
- Communicate with customers or the person in charge via phone call, text message (Zalo, SMS), or email to receive orders and confirm the schedule and arrival time for delivery.
- Create Sale Order number on SAP system (request block if the orders are block due to overdue, exceed CL in order to unblock the order for logistics processing invoices)
- Send the Sale Order to Logistics team to delivery to customer. Combine with logistics to arrange truck to transport for customers.
- Working with sales, logistics team for processing, scheduling, delivering
- Urgent/emergency problem solving. For Customer needs orders urgent but late request.
- Close the created sales order after issue invoice
- Working with customer for tracking payment, overdue and payment promise after unblocking order.
- Problem solving (block/unblock orders, complaining, logistic alignment...)
- Remind customer to take order if they forget order and help them find solution if they use up gaz and need to get gaz for producing/distribution.
- Discount deduction exactly and legally on sales order (SAP)
- Gas return deduction exactly and legally on sales order (SAP)
- Working with AR for booking deferred payment and specific cases.
- Following up promotion program launched by Sales and Marketing.
- Weekly update payment status of overdue.
- Monthly report (late order, late delivery)
- Backup work when the group with staff on leave. And work in Saturday, Sunday, Holiday.
HSSE Tasks:
- Participate in fire drills and be familiar with evacuation routes and assembly points.
- Ensure proper housekeeping by keeping walkways and emergency exits clear of obstructions.
- Report and document any workplace hazards, near-misses, or incidents to the appropriate personnel or HSE coordinator.
- Attend basic first aid training if requested by the Company.
- Safely store and use electrical equipment and promptly report any faulty or damaged devices.
- Stay informed about emergency contacts and procedures for medical or safety incidents within the office.
Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the Board of Management.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Business Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Services or Sales Admin/Operations in multinational companies.
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
- Good communication skills with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in computer skills and MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
