OEM CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM LEADER:
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, serve as the key point of contact, communicate updates and requirements, manage special requests, and conduct in-country visits and audits.
Business Development: Explore potential business opportunities, represent the company at summits and trade events, and propose improvements and cost-saving measures to clients.
Account Development: Oversee the Product Development Coordinator and OEM CS Team, and collaborate with departments to develop new and existing collections, ensuring smooth transition from development to mass production.
Production Planning and Costing: Collaborate with Costing and Finance teams to set final prices, negotiate with clients, address special sourcing requirements, and communicate engineering change requests (ECRs) internally.
Standard Updates and Improvement Proposals: Continuously update product standards with clients, share improvement proposals from internal teams, and ensure clear communication of updates or issues.
Order Management: Lead OEM Customer Service team, handle order changes with Planning, provide capacity updates, and manage the efficient processing of orders and payments.
Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate forecasts for material sourcing and production plans, analyze data for board presentations, and ensure timely submission of all required reports for internal and external use.
Issue Resolution and Quality Management: Address potential delays, manage claims and quality issues, coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems, and ensure client satisfaction.
Event and Audit Coordination: Represent the company at industry events, coordinate production walk-throughs or OCAs with QC, Production, and Technical teams, and ensure all necessary preparations are in place.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a project management or lead customer service role in the furniture industry
Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a strong asset.
Strong leadership skills required to manage a team and delegate responsibilities effectively to ensure that all deadlines and client expectations are met with regards to product development or order management.
A strong passion for and knowledge of furniture, design, and interior design, with a keen eye for aesthetic details.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
