Help customers set up and use Omni Themes' products: Shopify Themes and Apps on their Shopify stores.
Work closely with our
developer & CS team to report technical issues and handle customization requests.
Keep customers updated on their requests and suggest helpful solutions when needed.
Take on other tasks as assigned - we're always learning and growing together!

Ideally a university student in their third or final year.
Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with a shift from 21:00 to 01:00, or 22:00 to 2:00, or 23:00 to 3:00
Priority is given to candidates who are available to work on weekends and public holidays (based on shift allocation).
Compensation is based on hours worked.
Proficient in English (IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent).
Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analytical thinking.
Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary: 60,000 VND/hour.
