Mô tả công việc
Provide customer support during the installation and usage of BSS Commerce Shopify products.
Collaborate with the development team to create tasks, relay technical issues, and manage customizations.
Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests and offer solutions as needed.
Report recurring issues to the product team for ongoing product improvements.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Ideally a university student in their third or final year, aged 22-25.
Working hours are from 0:00 to 7:00 AM on weekdays. Weekend shifts are optional.
Compensation based on hours worked.
Proficient in English (IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent).
Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analytical thinking.
Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
