Mô tả công việc
Support users in onboarding and effectively using BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
Work cross-functionally with the product team to resolve customer issues.
Identify and communicate technical problems to the development team for resolution.
Consolidate customer feedback, including common issues and feature requests, to contribute to product improvements.
Yêu cầu
Preferably 20-25 years old.
Working hours are from : 03h00 - 07h00 on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and optional weekend shifts.
Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
Active listening, empathy, and clear communication skills.
Prior experience in Shopify customer support and e-commerce is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
Team-oriented mindset with fast learning ability and a high sense of responsibility.
