We are looking for candidates for Customs Documentation position to join our Customs team in Hai Phong with key activities as below:
- Verify HS code with customer's partner in USA and their engineers in Vietnam
- Customs clearance for both import/export, close processing contract (using E-customs
- Receive document from customer, return customs declaration to customer.
- Create good relationship with customs authorities.
- Meet requirement of our customers for supervising the delivery/receiving work at their factory.
- Documentation moving from/to customer and other company or customs office.
- Translate docs, e-mail from Vietnamese to English on behalf of team (if required).
- Do report if direct supervisor request.
- Other assigned works.
Yêu cầu
REQUIREMENTS:
- College graduated or above with major of International Business, Import - Export or related major
- At least 02 years experience in documentation of customs clearance.
- Experience in documentation of customs clearance for both import/export.
- Know well and familiar with ECUS / VNACCS for E-customs.
- Intermediate English level with good skills at writing and basic communication
- Experience in handling works for varies kind of goods.
- Honest, responsible, able to work under stress.
- Good communication with customers.
- Good sense of customer needs - is interested in finding the best solution for the customer.
- Having Customs Brokerage Certificate is a plus
