Customs Clearance Manager

1. Responsible for customs operations and problem handling of daily import and export business; responding to customer inquiries regarding import and export shipment information
2. Responsible for booking space and arranging cargo storage and transportation according to the shipping plan; responsible for producing customs declaration documents, querying corresponding Vietnamese product names and commercial HS codes, and querying relevant import and export policies for goods, especially for second-hand equipment.
3. Supervise the progress of cargo storage and transportation operations, coordinate and manage storage and transportation affairs, and ensure smooth storage and transportation;
4. Based on the key nodes of a single order, prepare, review and submit relevant applications, and check the processing of documents. Handle export bills, letter of credit accounting and related work. Customs deposits and target deposits are regularly reconciled.
5. Preparation of customs declaration and clearance documents, organizing declarations to import and export supervision departments; declaration in customs system, communication with customs or timely coordination with customs brokers
6. Responsible for the preparation and management of customs-related logistics and documents;
7. Confirm the fee amount with the supplier, enter the amount into the system as required, and cooperate with the finance department to complete the payment;
8. Responsible for the sorting and archiving management of relevant documents;
9. Cooperate with customs audits and other related work such as document interpretation, cargo inspection, etc.;
10. Contact matters such as shipment delivery confirmation, ship scheduling, document inspection, etc.;
11. Prepare and submit customs quarterly reports and year-end financial reports
