Customs & Documentation Supervisor

• Customs Declaration (ECUS5-VNACCS): Proficiently handle customs declarations for both trade and non-trade modes, including types: A11, A12, A41, B11, H11, H21, etc.
• Fully understand Tax policies and quality inspection (KTCL) procedures; declare smoothly on the National Single Window (Dịch vụ công).
• Accurately classify HS codes and manage import documents for diverse goods: Electronics (Refrigerators, Air-conditioners, Fans, Factory Automation), Automotive components, Food Safety, and Chemicals.
• Register project cargo lists, collect compliance certificates (CC), synchronize document submissions, and handle project liquidation.
• Issue debit notes to customers for confirmation and coordinate with accountants for invoice issuance. Track schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work with internal teams (like Transportation) to plan cargo delivery at ports/airports. Submit monthly operational reports to Supervisors and Managers.
• Keep updated on new laws, decrees, and circulars related to import-export and customs.
