Mô tả công việc

* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Summarize and report on the materials quantity of inputs and outputs in the period.
- Be responsible for managing the customs liquidation process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:
* Main responsibility
- Preparing reconciliation tables to manage the use of tax-free raw materials and supplies used for exported goods with certificates of origin.
- Responsible for creating customs declaration names and determining HS codes for exported goods.
- Update norm if any material is in signal of unbalance.
- Co-operate with finance, warehouse, production team to clarify the variance in both of VNACC system and D365 system (if any)
- Make year-end settlement reports and report monthly.
- Implement processes to transform import raw materials, Finished-goods (from import material) consumed domestically into products for local sales. (2 times/month)
- Follow up inventory report related import materials, FGs related material free tax (monthly) (Track material in and finished goods out to maintain data in balance)
- Control and follow up imported materials with type of production and business
- Other operations related to liquidation (destruction procedures, ...)
- Support for documents team during peak season and Tet.

Yêu cầu công việc

* Must requirement:
- College/Bachelor's degree major in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or Similar field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in import /export department & liquidation procedure and refund tax.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and trade compliance, especially related to imported/exported goods.
- Knowledge of HS Codes, duty tariffs, and free-trade agreements (FTAs).
- Reporting Skills: Experience preparing and reviewing reconciliation tables, year-end settlement reports, and monthly customs reports.
- Soft Skills (Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, Communication and Collaboration, Time Management)
* Important requirement:
- Proficiency in using customs clearance software.
- Having very good skill in using computer especially MS Excel
- English skill: Reading and understanding English documents
- Proactive, dynamic, and having a growth mindset.
- Good attention to detail, strong communication skill
- Be patient, careful, ability to work under pressure
- Digital mindset and Critical thinking are plus.
