Cyber Security Specialist

• Review, revise and finalize our cybersecurity policies
• Prepare a detailed plan to roll out the policies to the entire company, including training, testing to ensure full compliance across the company
• Prepare a detailed plan for the next steps of the initiative
• Work with external vendors to create cyber security policies
• Work with IT department and all development teams to plan and deliver cyber
security compliance across all systems
• Work with all company departments to plan and oversee the cyber security training programs and assessments to establish cyber security compliance across all employees
• Plan and ensure the exceptional execution of such plans with speed and quality
• Clearly articulate the Why, What, How, Who and When of every project
• Align and mediate conversations leading to shared expectations between stakeholders
• Make fast and informed decisions from a systemic viewpoint to ensure the projects deliver their core business objectives on time
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Evaluate project's results & formulate success recipe.
