Job description
- Maintenance and development of an assigned sales territory, including but not limited to new customer acquisition and extension of items sold to individual customers and improvement of profitability of such territory in order to reach individual and company sales, growth and gross profit targets.
- Pipeline management and development
- Identifying and managing sales potential and driving sales with a potential oriented approach - Aggressive market penetrations, facilitating all products and services the Würth can provide to the customer.
- Engage in up-selling and/or cross-selling activities in order to maximize market share and profitability for both the customer as well as the Würth organization;
- Monitor account receivables and support in the collection of such;
- Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives;
- Other tasks assigned by company;

Requirements of Competence
- > 3 years of working experience in C-Part supply services or comparable industry's accompanied by a tertiary education (Master's or Bachelor's Degree)
- Successful experience in sales or customer service field preferred
- Familiarity with C part products, especially Fasteners and MRO.
- Familiarity with JIT Logistic Concepts and SCM solutions such as Kanban
- Ability to travel
- Excellent communication, presentation, selling and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office software and ERP system (SAP)
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with demonstrated multi-task ability.

- Self-motivated, confident, patient, responsible, good health condition
