Role Introduction:
You will help to build our company's analytics and data science initiatives with exploratory projects, set up a business intelligence dashboard, and be a key driver in creating and scaling a quality patient-centric experience.
You will ensure that routine data analysis and reporting needs are met, as well as work closely with the management team to answer critical questions spanning areas such as business, product and marketing through various projects.
Responsibilities:
Assisting internal stakeholders in answering strategic or exploratory questions by extracting relevant data from our data warehouse and performing analysis as required. Datasets might include: demographics, app usage & behavioral analytics, customer acquisition data, financial metrics
Collaborating with the product and growth team to design A/B experiments and contributing to decision-making in strategy, feature development, marketing, user acquisition, and user retention
Using statistical tools to perform analysis across multiple sources of data to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, to aid product and business decision making
Preparing routine reports for management and partners and/or working with engineers to automate repetitive data processes
Additional projects can include:
Build a business intelligence dashboard to empower our team to self-service their own questions and automate business metrics reporting
If you have a data science background, developing machine learning models that our engineers can build features around, involving time series prediction and statistical learning.
