Data Analyst (Junior Level) Full-Time 2024

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst (junior level) to join our dynamic consulting team. As a Data Analyst at Novobi, you will play a crucial role in analyzing data, performing business analysis, and ensuring quality control to help our clients make informed business decisions, optimize their ERP systems, and achieve their strategic goals. Responsibilities Data Analysis
Analyze and map data from legacy systems to Odoo ERP, ensuring accurate and efficient data migration.
Develop data migration strategies and execute data migration plans, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Perform data reconciliation to ensure data integrity and completeness post-migration.
Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any data migration issues and optimize the migration process.
Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support ERP implementation and optimization projects.
Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
Business Analysis
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective data analysis and ERP solutions.
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
Assist in the design and development of ERP solutions that align with client business needs.
Quality Control
Conduct rigorous data validation and testing to ensure the quality and consistency of data within ERP systems.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ERP implementations.
Identify and document defects, and work with the implementation team to resolve issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights and technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of other ERP modules (e.g., CRM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
Experience in a consulting firm or similar client-facing role.
Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
