Job Summary
To support Business in data collection, collation, load into system and analysis.
Provide or generate the report of the data reconciliation from IMS data, Trade sales data, Activity data (SFDC) and financial data for management report (3 Way Reckon Data) to establish customer insights & strategy planning for businesses.
Manage end user price and alert to businesses if any.
A connection between all supporting process functions together to meet the Transformation implement requirement.
Able offer training of [protected info] to associates and sales representative. Validate territory sales performance in quarterly basic and yearly to support ComOps in SIP calculation.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Business and Distributors to collect, collate, load into system and analyze In-Market sales data.
Ensure Master Data is proactively cleaned up and accurate before each loading into the system.
Administration of the DCT (Distributor Consolidation Tool) tool, [protected info], always ensuring the integrity of the data.
To implement system changes and modifications, including reporting on lead, account and opportunity activity and production of sales performance reports.
Work closely with Business and Distributors to collect, collate and analyze SIOP file ie In-Market Sales, In-Market Projection, Inventory, Purchase Orders and Purchase Plans.
Establish strong working relationship across the organization to effectively support Business goals and needs.
Provide or generate the report of the data reconciliation from IMS data, Trade sales data, Activity data (SFDC) and financial data for management report (3 Way Reckon Data).
Validate territory sales performance in quarterly basic and yearly to support COM in SIP calculation.
Perform any other tasks/ ad hoc projects as assigned.
SFDC ([protected info]):
Set Up the data parameter on SFDC for new implementation or new AM/KAM.
Regular update of new SFDC data such as new customer, new account, etc.
Trouble shooting for any SFDC technical issue for the AM/KAM.
Conduct the SFDC training for new onboard AM/KAM.
Generate the report of SFDC and give some analyst for the monthly activity results to the businesses.
IMS Data and Inventory Data:
Manage and maintain IMS, inventory data from distributor in weekly/monthly basis.
Distribute the IMS report to the KAM, SAL/NAL in weekly/monthly basis.
Validate the IMS data uploaded to Qlikview in monthly basis.
Identify the new account from IMS data and upload it into SFDC (since the account of SFDC is the primary reference for Qlikview).
Generate the IMS data report (Either from IMS data or Qlikview) for Business needs.
Generate the near expired items from inventory report.
Generate any custom reports based on business, CGM or other department requirements.
Manage the competitor data based on business (Need to be well defined since this data is coming from external data/party).
