Mô tả công việc

1. Identify information needs of decision makers and actively contribute to the establishment of a uniform approach (e.g. data granularity, layout, navigation)
2. Active support of the smooth operation of all established Commercial Systems processes and systems
3. Support and consulting of the Controlling department in new projects, in questions of data analysis, preparation and visualization
4. Collaboration in the evaluation and implementation of Commercial Systems data software and initiatives
5. Proactively identify manual (data) processes within commercial departments and evaluate/assess data flow automation
6. Preparation of adhoc queries and reports and participation in global Controlling projects.
7. Responsible cooperation in cross-departmental projects with the focus on improvement and optimization of data processes.
8. Develop and maintain the data warehouse for Global Controlling. Ensure to optimize and maintain the database in coordination with Controlling, Commercial Systems and IT department.
9. Grow to expert status for main software tools like Tableau and Alteryx

Yêu cầu

- Degree in Business IT or Business Administration.
- Very good IT skills, e.g. Data Management and Datat Analytics.
- Good communication skills, especially with foreign colleagues.
- Very good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with ability to collaborate well with all levels and across organization boundaries.
- Intellectual curiosity with enthusiasm for change and to challenge status quo.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Self-motivated individual who is able to work well under pressure with commitment.
Specific Knowledge:
- Advanced MS Excel and MS Access
- Concepts of data management and data analytics.
- SQL and further IT knowledge would be beneficial.

- Data Analytics: Create data visualizations and analytics with software e.g. Tableau
- Data Management: iUnderstand and manage data flows as a basis for further analysis
