1. JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Data Analysis and Reporting (60%)

Work with various departments within the organization to identify and understand their data needs
Design and develop reports and dashboards that meet the needs of our stakeholders
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve our business operations

Data Governance and Management (30%)

Develop and implement data governance policies and data classification standards
Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation related to our data mart
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the security and integrity of our data

Research and development (10%)

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to data management and analysis

Company main business applications: ERP (SAP B1), CRM, HRM, WORKPLACE, BI, MES

2. REQUIREMENTS:

At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or related field
Experience with data visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableu, Superset, Excel.
Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
Effective communication skills & logical thinking
Can communicate by English

Preferred qualifications

Experience in the feed-farm-food industry or related industry
Experience with ETL tools
Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
Experience with data modeling and database design
Understanding of cloud-based data management solutions such as AWS or Azure

3. WORKING LOCATION:

Office of Sunjin Vina Co., Ltd - Sofic Building, No. 10, Mai Chi Tho Street, Thu Thiem Ward, District 2, City. Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: 7:30 - 16:30 (Monday - Saturday), 2 Saturdays off in the month.
