Job Description

Job Description:

Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data to forecast sales trends and make monthly sales report.
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards.
Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity.
Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
Providing actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams.
Contributing to the development of sales plans and objectives.
Monitoring and evaluating sales performance.
Forecasting demand, revenue, and expenses.
Determining sales potential and making recommendations.

Job Requirements:

University Degree/ College in Foreign Trade, Economics or related field.
At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role.
Strong research and data analysis skills.
Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software.
Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

General Requirements:

Proficient English skills, both written and spoken.
Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software.
Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Good time and task management skills.
Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.
Be able to work under pressure and be willing to take responsibility.
Eager-to-learn, passionate, and thriving people.
Honesty, humility, integrity, respect for others.
