• Analyze customer data: transaction behavior, product holdings, digital engagement patterns
• Build and develop analytics models: customer segmentation, propensity scoring, churn prediction
• Design and implement MVPs for 2-3 marketing analytics use cases
• Support the Next Best Offer (NBO) engine through data analysis and modeling
• Create dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate with Data Architect and Data Engineer to ensure data quality and availability
• Present insights and recommendations to client marketing teams
• Propose data-driven improvements for the Banking strategy
Yêu cầu
1. Experience & Education
• Minimum 5 years in Data Analysis / Business Intelligence
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Retail analytics
• Built and deployed at least 2 analytics use cases (segmentation, campaign analytics, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Econometrics, or equivalent
2. Technical Skills
• Expert in SQL and at least one analytical language: Python (pandas, scikit-learn) or R
• Experience with BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
• Understanding of statistical methods: regression, clustering, classification
• Experience building customer segmentation and propensity models
• Ability to work with large datasets from Core Banking and CRM systems
• Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign measurement frameworks
3. Soft Skills
• Strong data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences
• Business-oriented thinking linking data to business value
• Proactive in discovering insights from data
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good English proficiency
Nice to have:
• Experience with marketing analytics in banking
• Knowledge of Next Best Offer / Next Best Action frameworks
• Experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (GCP, AWS)
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance in banking
