ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Crossian's supply chain operations. Your primary focus will be analyzing customer feedback and operational data to identify insights that improve product quality, reduce return rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
You will also design and build dashboards and analytics tools that help the supply chain team monitor daily operations, identify inefficiencies, and respond quickly to operational risks.
We are looking for candidates who combine strong analytical thinking, business insight generation, and practical dashboard development skills, and a strong growth mindset to join us in creating value and upgrading our supply chain operation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1/ Customer Feedback & Product Quality Insights
+ Analyze customer feedback data, return/refund/replace rate to diagnose product issues related to:
- Size and fit
- Fabric and material quality
- Manufacturing defects
- Packaging and shipping damage
- Etc.
+ Provide structured insights and recommendations to Production and Technical
+ Design teams to enhance product quality and elevate customer satisfaction.
+ Track improvement progress after corrective actions are implemented.
2/ Supply Chain Data Analytics
+ Analyze operational data across the supply chain, including:
- Production performance
- Inventory health
- Order fulfillment efficiency
- Return, replace, and refund rates
- Product quality
- Operational cost
+ To support leadership with data-driven insights for operational decision-making.
3/ Dashboard Development & Data Infrastructure
Design and build dashboards (Amazon Quick Sight) that provide visibility into supply chain performance, covering key areas such as:
- Product quality monitoring
- Customer feedback tracking
- Production progress
- Partner Performance (Factory, Warehouse, etc.)
- Return, replace, and refund rates analysis
- Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work.
4/ Cross-functional Collaboration
+ Work closely with:
- Partner Management team
- Production team
- Technical
Designers
- Translate complex data into clear insights and business recommendations.
+ Collaborate with internal tech and data teams to prepare the dataset, improve data accuracy and update reporting dashboards regularly.
5/ Process & Data Improvement
- Continuously improve data quality, reporting frameworks, and analytical methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve the supply chain decision-making process by using data and analytics.
- Contribute to building a data-driven culture within the supply chain organization.
