1. Business Performance Review and Analysis (90%)
- Analyze, centralizing all requisite information and creating more effective way to extract data and deliver relevant data adhoc request from other departments (learn core current systems, where to get the data, query data and make it readable for analysis purpose)
- Produce frequent reports and presentation decks which provide total picture and well-connected insights about business performance for different target audience
- Support when conducting deep-dive analytics to explore business innovation ideas.
2. Consumer & Market research (10%)
- Support team when working with external research agencies for executing consumer research to get insights, data as well as giving recommendation to support business/ related activities
- Support team when conducting internal surveys or research among distributors to understand their behaviors/ needs
- Support team when conducting desk research when required
Yêu cầu
- BA degree of Economics/ Data Science/ Business-related Major
- Min. 5 years' experience in business/sales performance and behavior analysis
- Strong experience working with databases & systems to connect, analyze, and generate insights
- Min. 3 years' experience in managing cross-functional projects and visualizing data/content for decision-making
- Ability to create clear, impactful presentation materials for diverse audiences
- Experience supporting or conducting market research projects (qualitative/quantitative)
- Communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (verbal & written, English & Vietnamese)
- Provide timely, relevant information across teams
- Tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences
- Adaptive, willing to learn, and committed to continuous improvement
- Flexible and resilient when facing obstacles, uncertainties, and mistakes
- Strong skills in analytical thinking, business acumen, and data-driven problem solving
- Preferred: knowledge in Direct Selling, Insurance, or Banking industries
