JOB DECRIPTION:
1. Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to sales performance, customer behavior, and customer care metrics.
• Must be highly skilled in developing and delivering clear, accurate, and impactful reports and dashboards.
2. Operational Efficiency:
• Ability to design, develop, and implement automation tools to streamline manual data processing, reporting, and routine tasks for the Marketing & Commercial department, significantly improving operational efficiency.
3. Business Acumen & Communication:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English to translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for the team or customers.
