Mô tả công việc

*** Responsibilities:
- Make plan for training course and activities follow business activity plan of dept.
- Co-ordinate with dealer and other dept. to implement training plan
- Organize and support training courses for Hino networks
- Summary and analyze training result, manage and update data and report timely
- Develop and refine training materials, tools
- Localize and translate training materials from other market
- Manage and prepare material, stationarity and facilities for training course
- Receive other job from managers

Yêu cầu

*** Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Business Administration or related fields
- 1 experience years (administration/sales training coordinator/ coordinator is preferable)
- Good at Excel / PPT
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 700) & MS Office
- Good communication, have planning skills and problem solving
- High sense of accuracy, honest & responsible
