Delivery Manager

AltSource works with a wide variety of clients to build the technology to support their business goals. We are looking for a Delivery Manager to support the project work with our US team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Ensure that delivery goals are being met
• Work with team members in the US to highlight any blockers or anticipated issues
• Available to talk with the US team members either earlier in the morning or evenings
• Collaborate with the VN teams to provide them with what they need to be successful
• Maintain reports to track progress
• Dive into project details as needed to gain insight and provide assistance
• Deeply understand our processes and help to make sure they are followed
• But keep a keen out for areas where we can improve further and make suggestions
• Join discussions with US team members
• Open and willing to step up to help as needed

You will be successful with AltSource if you have:

• Excellent English skills
• 3-5 years of experience in project management
• Great interpersonal skills and able to connect with a wide range of people
• Deep understanding of JIRA
• Understanding of Project Management and Software Development best practices
• Analytic capabilities and knowledge on how to use Excel
