Responsibilities
As a Delivery Manager at NSC, you can work remotely, with flexible working hours.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager to lead the successful execution of client projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction. This role is critical in scaling our delivery operations and is structured as a leadership track position toward Chief Delivery Officer (CDO). This role is positioned on the Leadership Track, with growth toward the Chief Delivery Officer (CDO). As you progress, you will:
Take on wider portfolio management responsibilities
Participate in strategic planning and executive decision-making
Lead transformation initiatives across delivery functions
Own delivery governance and company-wide client satisfaction metrics
Main responsibilities:
Project Oversight & Delivery Leadership
Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams and clients, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline.
Work closely with technical leads and
project managers to ensure team alignment and execution.
Monitor KPIs across delivery teams and drive continuous improvement across the board.
Presales & Client Engagement
Participate in presales activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, and estimation.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and statements of work (SoW).
Join bidding and pitching sessions with potential clients as a technical and delivery advisor.
Support project onboarding and transition from presales to delivery.
Provide clients with advice on software architecture, technology stack, and delivery models (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
Act as a trusted advisor in technical and process matters during early engagement phases.
Suggest improvements to delivery processes, tools, and governance models.
Team Building & Growth
Recruit, mentor, and grow high-performing delivery teams.(PMs, BAs, Devs, QA, etc.)
Promote a culture of ownership, learning, and excellence within the team.
Ensure proper resource allocation and skill development
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain regular communication, status updates, and project reporting
Build trust-based relationships through transparency and reliability
Operational Excellence
Implement delivery best practices, frameworks, and metrics (e.g., Agile, Scrum, OKRs)
Optimize delivery processes for scalability, consistency, and quality
Collaborate with Sales and Tech teams to align business goals with delivery capabilities
Contribute to resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Support initiatives that improve profitability, client satisfaction, and team performance
Identify opportunities for business growth through efficient delivery models
Skills & Qualifications:
Fluent in English communication
5+ years of experience in project or delivery management, preferably in IT, software, or digital services
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team projects on time and within budget
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams (PMs,
Developers, QA, BAs,
designers)
Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Comfortable with KPIs, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement
High degree of ownership, accountability, and business mindset
Nice-to-have skills and experience
Experience with scaling delivery operations in fast-growing or startup environments
Client-facing experience in high-stakes projects, particularly enterprise or international clients
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management within delivery (e.g., margin control, P&L exposure)
Experience managing hybrid or remote teams across multiple time zones
Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or modern engineering practices
Formal certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or ITIL
Familiarity with product delivery cycles or experience in a product-led organization
Change management or transformation leadership experience
Exposure to CRM/ERP systems or industry-specific software, depending on your domain
Strong data literacy (e.g., using data for performance tracking, OKRs, reporting)
