The role serves as the primary interface between Tecan Vietnam and other Tecan entities for order management activities. Responsible for coordinating demand requirements, order fulfillment processes. The function will ensure alignment between customer expectations, operational capabilities and facilitate communication across functions to support on-time delivery and business objectives. The role also supports cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the strategic supply chain organization.
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities/ Main task:
1. Intercompany Order Management
Act as the main point of contact between Tecan Vietnam and other Tecan entities regarding order fulfillment activities.
Manage the order lifecycle from order receipt through delivery coordination and closure.
Coordinate with Tecan VN operation to ensure timely processing, confirmation, and execution of customer orders.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates, risks, and changes to relevant stakeholders including discrepancies, delays, shortages and conflicts.
2. Demand Planning
Collect and review demand information from other Tecan entities.
Facilitate communication between customer-facing entities and internal operational teams.
Support demand reviews and supply alignment discussions.
Identify risks that may impact delivery performance and coordinate mitigation actions.
3. Project Management
Lead the project related to insourcing or/ and new project to Tecan VN.
Coordinate project activities across multiple functions and entities.
Track project milestones, actions, risks, and deliverables.
Monthly report on project status
4. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain and analyze order management KPIs.
Prepare reports on backlog, delivery performance, demand trends, and operational risks.
Support management reviews with relevant data and recommendations.
Identify opportunities to improve service performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements/ Skills/ Competencies:
Bachelor's or higher diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
2 - 3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Planning, or Operations within a manufacturing environment
Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional team (Nice to have)
Project coordination experience is a plus. (Nice to have)
Fluent in English (Proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
Good knowledge of Order Management and Supply Chain processes.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI is an advantage.)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to coordinate across functions and influence without direct authority.
Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented.
Proactive, accountable, and results oriented.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
