demand Planning trainee

Demand Planning Trainee will contribute to Sales and Operation Planning Process (S&OP) in Bel Vietnam. Being assistant and directly report to S&OP manager:
• He/she has ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and opportunity to gain strong knowledge and background about Demand Planning when working in international Supply Chain area.
• He/she needs to be prepared to work as the integration point into the sales and commercial organization. High frequency of interaction with Demand & Supply team members and cross-function departments such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Demand & Supply.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Being responsible for Master Data Management DFU to SKU: collaborate with Brand Team and Innovation projects to ensure product transition plans being updated in both system and information flow to all stakeholders.
• Keep demand analysis real-time up to date in both sell-in; sell-out; stock in distributor to support CS team and Sales Team in getting consensus on Weekly Pattern Demand; make sure forecast being updated weekly cycle in JDA system.
• Monthly prepare historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data.
• Conduct root causal analysis of business performance against forecast and supply gaps.
• Interacts with sales, trade marketing, and marketing to understand demand forecast drivers and record market activities performance.
• Manage small projects, run meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on Action Items.
