Mô tả công việc

Working Location: Decathlon Store in Times City, Hanoi.
Working Hours: 05 days per week, 8 hours per day (work in shift)
Department: Cycling products
Missions:
Our Decathlon sport (team) leaders are c.user-centric. They connect with the c.users by creating possibilities to interact, engage, and activate sports practice. They interact with them at stores, places of sports practice (clubs, stadiums, sports playgrounds...), and digitally (social media like FB, Instagram,....)
Your Responsibilities:
In a store, as the leader of your specific sports team (Cycling), you take charge of the recruitment, training and management of your teammates.
Passionate about the customer, you develop and animate your commercial policies thanks to good management of your stock, your merchandising, and your range of products.
You will be responsible for your Profit & Loss account.
You develop and manage your resources with all autonomy as a true leader of your activity.
You join with other store captains to ensure the daily operation tasks of the whole store.

Yêu cầu

Your Profile:
You are passionate about your sport (Cycling/ Skateboard/ Scooter...) and practice it regularly. Your understanding of the technical for Cycling products is a plus.
You show good leadership skills.
You are dynamic and have a high sense of responsibility and the capacity of the organization.
A sense of service and team spirit are your strengths.
As a person of action, you know how to make decisions.
You have the vision to develop your sport and are well-connected to your community.
You are flexible and ready to work during the weekend (5 days per week) and take another day off instead.
You speak English.
