We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage deposit product features, processes and system setups, etc. to ensure the smooth operation of products
• Develop and execute product management strategy to drive acquisition and product balances
• Manage product controls to ensure full compliance to local regulatory requirements and Group policies
• Perform comprehensive market research to understand product positioning and areas for improvement to gain market share
• Conduct regular product performance analysis to identify profitable products and customer behaviors
• Maintain relationship with both internal and external stakeholders to implement campaigns to enhance product benefits
• Build marketing materials for customer communication and product marketing/promotion schemes
• Develop business tracking reports across product revenue drivers to achieve business targets
• Work in a team with shared responsibilities and work within given deadlines
