Responsible for asset management works after the commencement of operation phase
Managing operational cashflow in order to provide and implement business plan
Discussing and finalizing the deal contract/agreement with business partners
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building and expanding relationships with business partners, sourcing, executing and monitoring investment opportunities
Performing feasibility studies on potential deals and considering the practical deal structure
Manage contracts and support clients to update contract terms and conditions.
Conduct market research and update sales tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least Bachelor's Degree in finance, economics, and business administration or related field.
At least 7 years of relevant experience in business development and asset management of the real estate industry with 3 years' relevant experience in Logistics segment
Experience in warehouse development or industrial park land plot acquisition in Vietnam is required
Excellent written and spoken English.
