Deputy CEO - Training and Development - Masterise Property Management

Objective



The candidate will review company learning needs and then design and develop a Learning and Development program for the Company that is innovative and capable of training staff to deliver exceptional service across the business and projects. To create, monitor and continuously develop the company strategy and professional culture through all levels of the Property Management Company from pre to post opening, and across all segments of the market.



Key accountabilities



1. Design, develop and promote high-quality training strategies and plans



2. Ensure strategy alignment with objectives



3. Lead with an example and motivate subordinates



4. Encourage employee engagement



5. Train a high performing team



6. Oversee all operations and business activities related to the Learning and Development program for all projects



7. Develop onboarding and orientation program



8. Develop and execute project plans, timelines, milestones and key measures for assigned deliverables



9. Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies



10. Ensure the company's complicity with legal and business ethics



11. Build trusting relations with key partners and stakeholders



12. Connect and maintain partnerships with local educational institutes for graduate employee opportunities, and maintain contact with important stakeholders



13. Train, motivate and lead others



14. Analyze problematic situations and suggest solutions



15. Keep abreast of the Talent Development market and industry trends



16. Plans, organizes, and leads training programs, ensuring proper execution at all levels of the company.



17. Act as subject matter expert and advisor to HR and business units and employees across the Company regarding Learning and Development



18. Other works as assigned by CEO.
