Deputy Director

Job Summary
The Deputy Director supports the Director in overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, and organizational management. This role ensures that business objectives are achieved efficiently while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Director in developing and implementing business strategies and plans
• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Monitor organizational performance and prepare reports for senior management
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation
• Lead and supervise department managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards
• Represent the organization in meetings, events, and negotiations when required
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
• Step in for the Director in their absence
